Best emergency supply food

When it comes to your emergency supply, there are many options. Canned food and dry foods such as rice and pasta are great. They can last for years and yours and you will still be able to eat them. I am also a big fan of the emergency foods that you can buy online, specifically I love NRG-5. Their brand is just amazing and their food lasts for at least 10 years! How cool is that. The emergency food of NRG-5 is designed in a way it has all nutrients needed. That’s also pretty cool since you don’t need any additives anymore, however it is highly recommended to still have some :)
