A good mind and a healthy body are very important. We try to eat healthy and we try to work out a lot, but we tend to forget that the mind is also an important part of our well-being. When we don’t feel well, it will have an immediate impact on our bodies.
I am always on the lookout for nice products that upgrade my body vs. mind wellbeing. That is how I came across Yogandha, a great range of oils to support aromatherapy and mindfulness. Essential oils open up the meditative mind and have an immediate effect on the nervous system. A stronger mind and body connection is fundamental to the wellbeing of our people and our planet. Herbs can make you feel happy and peaceful, I am a big believer of that.
That said, I must confess that I also really like the style and ethos of the Yogandha products. The packages are very professional looking and environmently friendly. I love how the bottles look and they are very easy to open and use.
Yogandha oils offer many benefits, for example you can choose products that help you for relaxation, detox, digestion,… I really love that :) All products are vegan and ethically sourced. They are handmade in Ireland and 5% of their profits go to charity!
I tested the Yogandha Relax Body Oil that can be used as a part of your daily wind-down routine. This oil deepens any relaxation, yoga, or meditation practice. The Relax Body oil is recommended to use on children and babies to aid sleep - as it's all 100% natural ingredients and gentle on the skin. It contains Lavender which calms, providing a mild sedative quality to encourage deeper sleep. Perfect for me, as I tend to sleep very bad all the time :) The Blue Chamomile inside encourages stillness and reflection and eases sleep.
I also tried the Balance Roll-on oil. When you need to balance mind and body, particularly hormonally, this one comes in perfectly :) It has an immediate effect on the pituitary gland. Wonderful to use as wellness perfume. Perfect for the ladies.
What do you think guys? This brand is amazing right?? Let me know in the comments how you like it!
